Bill Warren is the owner and President of the Staggs-Warren companies. He first established Staggs-Warren Enterprises in 1978as a full service building company. He obtained a New Hampshire Broker's license in 1982 and started Staggs-Warren Associates Real Estate, to respond to his customers' growing need for housing. In 1999, Staggs-Warren Property Management debuted. This brought the company full circle to provide one place for everyone's housing needs. Bill is a member of the National Association of Home Builders and the National Association of Realtors. You can find him either working in the office designing houses, working with the staff, and selling, or out on a job site pounding nails.
